Jacques Smith to Speak at RemTEC 2025

Jacques Smith, PhD, will present at the 2025 Remediation Technology (RemTEC) & Emerging Contaminants Summit on October 14 through 16, 2025, in Westminster, Colorado.

He will present "Navigating PFAS Remediation Approaches for Effective Site Remediation Strategies" on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 2:55 p.m. CT.

Jacques is SiREM's United States Laboratory Manager who works at the firm's Knoxville lab. He brings expertise in environmental laboratory testing, biotechnology, and microbiology, as well as in planning and executing bench-scale treatability studies to generate innovative and unbiased remedial solutions. Jacques's work often involves next-generation sequencing, CCR waste reclamation, settling and dewatering, and wastewater treatment.
