Phil Dennis Speaks on Molecular Biological Tools and CSIA
Phil Dennis will give two presentations at the SiREM and Tersus Environmental training course on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The half-day training will cover how to combine molecular biological tools, compound-specific isotope analysis, and groundwater mass flux measurements to evaluate remedy performance, confirm biodegradation, and support regulatory decision-making. The event is co-hosted by SiREM and Tersus Environmental.
Phil will present "Introduction to Molecular Biological Tools and Compound-Specific Isotope Analysis" at 10:00 a.m. ET, and "Application of Molecular Biological Tools and Compound-Specific Isotope Analysis in MNA and Enhanced Bioremediation Applications" at 12:30 p.m. ET.
Phil is a Senior Principal Molecular Biologist and a founding member of SiREM. He is based in Ontario and brings more than 30 years of experience in research and management of molecular biology, microbiology, and environmental remediation laboratories. At SiREM, he focuses on managing research and development and directing molecular genetic testing services.
Tersus Environmental researches, develops, and commercializes innovative soil and groundwater remediation technologies to address contaminated sites.
