
Phil Dennis to Present at RemTech 2025
Phil Dennis will present at the Remediation Technologies Symposium (RemTech) 2025 on October 15 through 17 in Banff, Canada.
He will present "Discovery and Characterization of a Novel Sulfolane-Degrading Microbe at a Former Gas Plant Site" on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:50 a.m. MT.
SiREM is a Silver Sponsor of the conference. The team will be available at booth 14 to provide information about recent developments in remediation technology.
Phil is a Senior Principal Molecular Biologist and a founding member of SiREM. He is based in Ontario and brings more than 31 years of experience in research and management of molecular biology, microbiology, and environmental remediation laboratories. At SiREM, he focuses on managing research and development and directing molecular genetic testing services.
RemTech 2025 is a leading Canadian remediation technology-transfer event for environmental professionals. The conference, hosted by the Environmental Services Association of Alberta (ESAA), will feature presentations, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and the latest innovations in soil and groundwater remediation.
